Rebuilding Workshop 2.0

The Alliance for Community Transformations and Mariposa County Health and Human Services have partnered to provide a second Rebuilding Workshop for those impacted by the Oak Fire and thinking of rebuilding. There will be brief presentations from Habitat for Humanity, Self Help Enterprises, and other financing opportunities. Additionally, representatives from the Mariposa County Building and Planning Departments and Mariposa County Health and Human Services, including the Environmental Health Branch, will be available for questions.

  • When: February 8, 2023 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm
  • Where: Mariposa Government Center Board Chambers

The workshop will be recorded and an FAQ will be developed for those who cannot attend or who want to review the information at a later date. Please direct questions to Adam at 1-559-580-4945 or adam.m@alliance4you.org.

Mandatory One-Year Moratorium on Insurance cancellations/Non-Renewals

Due to the Oak Fire and subsequent declaration of a state of emergency, SB 824 requires a mandatory one-year moratorium on insurance companies canceling or non-renewing residential insurance policies in specified areas.
