Fitness Over 50

Exercise program geared toward mature adults. Charge is $2 per session or a pass may be purchased for $10. The class is held at the Senior Citizens Center on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.

Adult Lap Swim

Begins the first week of May. Offered to the adult community for exercise and rehabilitation. Lap swim is offered at 12 - 12:45 p.m. Charge is $1 per session or a pass may be purchased for $10.

Aqua Fitness

An innovative and fun alternative to personal fitness offered Monday through Thursday, May - September. Two classes are offered 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. and 5 - 6 p.m. Charge is $3 per session or a pass may be purchased for $20.
