Develop and implement a comprehensive, uniform plan for alcoholism/drug addiction prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation programs.
Purposes and Objectives
Mission and By-laws
To identify community and family needs, research effective strategies and recommend appropriate programs.
Board shall consist of not less than seven (7) nor more than fifteen (15) members, with representation from various economic, social, and occupational groups, and persons who have received treatment or rehabilitation services for their alcoholism problems.
