The Mariposa County Clerk Department is responsible for a large array of public services. The County Clerk is the place to obtain a marriage license, as well as to submit U.S. passport applications. In addition, Fictitious Business Name Statements, Notary Public Filings, and Statements of Economic Interests are all processed and maintained at the County Clerk’s office.

Responsibilities of the County Clerk include:
