Revised Notice of Preparation of an EIR (NOP)

This is the second NOP for the project.

The applicant (DN) originally proposed to construct up to 34 cabins and a clubhouse on the identified parcel. Mariposa County circulated an NOP for that proposal on February 9, 2015. This revised NOP is being circulated because on June 9, 2015 the applicant has increased the size of the project, to up to 54 cabins and 88 parking spaces, on the same project site.

The link below provides all NOP and project information. Commenting ends at 5 p.m. August 17, 2015.
