Behavioral Health Court

Behavioral health court is a problem solving court which aims to aid a specified problem such as drug use, mental health illness, and domestic violence with specialized treatment that incentives adherence to treatment plans and applies legal sanctions to nonadherence.

The Behavioral Health Court Team consists of the Superior Court Judge, Deputy District Attorney, Probation, Defense, and two Behavioral Health Clinicians. Behavioral Health Court sessions are held once a week, on Wednesdays
