Courthouse Weddings
Mariposa County Clerk’s office offers the option of a civil wedding ceremony. This type of ceremony can be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 2 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. An appointment for a civil ceremony is needed and can be made by contacting the Mariposa County Clerk’s office at 209-966-2007.
Fees
The fee for this service is $30. The County Clerk’s office can also provide a witness to the ceremony for a fee of $10.
