If I am a permanent absentee voter, should I return the absentee ballot request from the back of my sample ballot?
No. You should only return the absentee ballot request found on the back of your sample ballot if you are not currently an absentee voter and would like to request an absentee ballot. The request found on the back of the sample ballot is part of the standard format of the sample ballot and is sent to all voters. There is no need to return it unless you do not already receive absentee ballots.

If you have any questions regarding your permanent absentee voting status, contact the Elections Office at (209) 966-2007.
